欧阳滔,博士生导师,教授,中共党员,省级青年人才入选者,长期围绕微纳结构中的热及热电输运特性开展研究,发展了微纳结构声子输运新方法;在石墨炔及新型热电材料的电声子结构及其输运方面做出了系列工作;探索了无序和人工结构调制对系统电声子输运的影响,为其在微纳电子及热控制器件的应用提供了理论依据。目前,已在Phys. Rev系列,   Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等主流物理/材料类学术期刊上发表第一作者或通讯作者论文70余篇,研究成果被Chem.   Rev., Nature Chem.等顶尖期刊正面引用2000余次,主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目,湖南省自然科学基金等省部级以上项目10余项,荣获2020年度湖南省自然科学奖三等奖(第一完成人)一项,第十三届湖南省高等教育教学成果奖三等奖(第四完成人)一项。
